Delivery information, studio collection, and returns for Lavender Botanicals.
Courier delivery
Nationwide courier is R105 and complimentary on orders over R950.
Orders placed before 13:00 on a working day are collected from the studio the same afternoon.
Delivery takes two to four working days to main centres and up to five to outlying areas. Every parcel is tracked and you will receive the waybill number by email as soon as it leaves us.
Studio collection
Collection is free from 55 Elgin Street, Pomona, weekdays between 09:00 and 16:00.
We email you the moment your order is packed and ready.
Returns
Unopened items may be returned within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund, less the original delivery cost.
Email us first so we can issue a return reference.
Opened bath and body products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the packaging and affected items.
